Verification results and system outputs are based solely on data recorded within the platform by participating organizations.
Zareeva does not independently verify, certify, or guarantee the authenticity, quality, safety, or legality of any product.
The accuracy of verification outcomes depends on:
- Data provided by participating organizations
- Proper use of product identifiers
- System implementation and usage
Zareeva shall not be responsible for inaccuracies arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete data
- Misuse of product identifiers
- Unauthorized modification of codes
- Third-party systems or integrations
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Zareeva platform, including software, branding, and content, remain the property of Zareeva.
8. Service Availability
