Deneb Track
Track. Authenticate. Prove.
A digital twin for every product.
Each unit you make carries its own secure digital identity: its digital twin. That identity records what happens to the unit over its life, and it lets anyone with a scan confirm the product is real and see where it has been, from the factory through to the person who buys it.
It's built for manufacturers and supply chains that need to prove their products are genuine and keep track of them once they leave the building.
From identity to intelligence
Everything the platform does, from giving a product its identity to flagging when something looks wrong.
A secure identity for every product
Every unit gets a unique, secure ID the moment it's made. That ID is the anchor for everything else: authentication, event history, traceability. It stays with the product for life. When someone scans it, they're checking one record you control, not a printed label that's easy to copy.
See what happens after a product ships
Each step in a unit's journey is logged against its ID: packed, shipped, received, scanned in a store, checked by a customer. Over time that becomes an event history you can rely on, because every entry traces back to a real identity instead of a spreadsheet someone updated by hand.
Tell real from fake with a scan
Anyone holding the product (a distributor, a retailer, the customer who bought it) can scan it with any phone camera, with no app to install, and get a straight answer: genuine, or not. If a code has been copied, used before, or matches nothing on record, the scan flags it instead of waving it through.
Follow a product from origin to customer
Stitch a unit's events together and you get its whole path: where it started, everywhere it went, who handled it along the way. That's the record you reach for when a regulator asks, a recall lands, or something in the chain doesn't add up.
Unique serials, issued at production volume
Everything else rests on each unit having its own number. Deneb Track issues those serials (collision-safe and GS1-compatible), and you apply them as QR codes, barcodes, or digital labels. It's built to keep pace at production volume, even across more than one site.
Plug into the systems you already run
Deneb Track talks to the software already on your floor and in your back office: ERP, MES, warehouse systems, partner platforms. Identity data and events pass between them over REST APIs and event feeds, so the product record stays current without anyone rekeying it.
Make sense of the events
Once events are flowing in, the analytics turn them into something you can read at a glance: dashboards, timelines, a map of where product is moving. It's how a team catches a slow distributor, traces an odd pattern, or sees which markets are really pulling stock.
Catch what shouldn't be happening
That same event data gets watched for trouble. A code showing up in two countries at once, or a region that suddenly logs scans it never had: those are the patterns that point to counterfeits or diversion. Deneb Track scores the risk and alerts you while there's still time to do something about it.
